What You'll Do

Build scalable backend services using Golang
Design and maintain high-performance REST APIs & microservices
Debug and resolve complex production issues
Optimize system performance, memory usage, and concurrency
Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams
Write clean, testable, and production-grade code

Must Have

3–5 years of experience, including 1+ year with Golang
Strong understanding of Goroutines, Channels, and Concurrency Patterns
Solid grasp of Data Structures, Algorithms & OOP Concepts
Experience with Performance and Memory Optimization
Proficiency with Go frameworks: Gin / Echo / Fiber / gRPC
Excellent problem-solving & debugging mindset
Comfortable working with SQL databases
