Requirements

Experience

  • 2–4 years in a technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Technical/Support Engineer, or Full-Stack Engineer in a B2B SaaS setting
  • Direct experience building and deploying API integrations, RESTful services, webhooks, and third-party system integrations
  • Hands-on experience supporting and maintaining production systems post-deployment
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Odoo, HubSpot, Zoho) or telephony solutions (Twilio, VoIP, SIP) — strongly preferred

Technical & Customer Skills

  • Programming proficiency in at least one of: Python, Node.js, JavaScript, Go
  • Strong understanding of backend systems, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Experience with debugging, log analysis, performance optimization, and system troubleshooting
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, multi-hat engineering/support/operations environment
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills—able to interact directly with customers for discovery, troubleshooting, and enablement
  • Self-driven with strong ownership mentality; able to see customer problems through to resolution
  • Customer-centric mindset with an eagerness to deliver value and satisfaction
  • Support engineering mentality—comfortable providing proactive and reactive technical support
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotation for critical customer deployments as needed
